    The Faculty of Electronics was founded in 1961. The Faculty comprises four academic departments: Automation, Electrical Engineering, Radio Engineering and Electronic Systems.
The Faculty`s staff include 10 Professors with Doctor`s Habil degree, 28 Associate Professors with Doctor`s degree. More then 3,300 Engineers of Radioelectronics and Automation have been prepared at the Faculty.
The Faculty offers the Bachelor`s degree and Doctor`s degree programs in Automation and Radioelectronics.

Bachelor`s degree programs:
Automation. Specialization: Automation Systems, Electrical Equipment in Aviation.
Radioelectronics. Specializations: Electronics and Communication, Computerized Electronic Systems, Radio Equipment and Computer Hardware.

Diploma Engineer`s degree programs:
Automation. Specialization: Automation Systems, Microprocessor and Robotics Control Systems, Electrical Equipment and Exploatation.
Radioelectronics. Specializations: Electronics and Communication, Computerized Electronic Systems, Radio Equipment and Computer Hardware.

Master`s degree programs:
Automation. Specialization: Automation Systems, Microprocessor Control Systems.
Radioelectronics. Specializations: Electronics and Communication, Computerized Electronic Systems, Radio Equipment and Computer Hardware.

Researchers from the Institutes of Semiconductor Physics (Lithuanian Academy of Sciences) take part in teaching. Students studying Computerized Electronic Systems are helped by the scientists of Mathematic and Information Science Institute.
